What is your returns policy?
All products are designed and created in-house to the highest manufacturing standard and speak for themselves. As the products are re-created to size and specification and subject to a thorough quality control process before dispatch/ the Fit & Collect Service no returns or exchanges.are possible.
How can I contact your couriers?
The Courier details will be sent along with tracking details for any Order. In the event of any issues with a delivery simply contact the courier directly or send an email to martina@stylebymbr.com for help in resolving any problems with a delivery.

What if i have a problem with an item & how do I return an item?
Simply send an email as a first step to ascertain the problem and to be provided with a return address.

As all items are re-created to order to size and specification where applicable, no returns or exchanges are possible.
The Fit & Collect service ensures a perfect fit eliminating any need for Returns.
REGARDING DELIVERY ITEMS
However we will do our best to remedy any genuine faults with any item returned in their unused unworn condition dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of the relevant Order by the Customer. The initial cost of the return will be undertaken by the Customer and returned to the Customer along with the remedied or replaced item as applicable where there is a genuine fault detected. However if there fails to be a genuine fault detected the Customer will be liable for the return costs as the item will be returned to the Customer at their expense.
